There are community events often which is a fun perk to meet your neighbors and grab snack! I work from home on the 1st floor, and I am rarely bothered by outside noise. Being able to walk to the grocery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, retail shops, medical offices, nail salon, walking trails, etc. is awesome."
